BROOKVILLE – A Jefferson County woman is facing dozens of charges for operating a dog kennel without a license, and failing to provide proof of rabies vaccinations for the animals on her property.
According to investigators and State Dog Warden Matthew Patrick, 59-year-old Kimberly Gibb operated an unlicensed kennel for more than 50 dogs at her residence during the past year.
Gibb’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 15th in Brockway.
