BROOKVILLE – A Jefferson County truck stop has been awarded more than $577,000 to install an electric vehicle charging station.
PennDOT officials and Senator Bob Casey announced the allocation of federal Infrastructure Law funds to the Love’s Travel Stop in Brookville, near Exit 81 of Interstate 80.
The project at the Brookville Love’s truck stop is one of 54 statewide projects that was selected to receive money to help expand access to electric vehicle charging in Pennsylvania.
