BROOKVILLE — The Jefferson County man who was recently accused of threatening a couple with an axe is due for a court appearance today.
According to court documents, 40-year-old Jesse McNutt of Brookville is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on multiple charges of terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
Brookville Borough Police say McNutt admitted to them that he waved the axe at two victims through his vehicle’s window. The victims told police that McNutt has harassed them before.
McNutt remains behind bars in the Jefferson County Jail with bail set at $15,000.
