BIG RUN – A Big Run man is facing multiple charges after allegedly threatening a group of people with a rifle Saturday.
Police were called to a residence on East Main Street in Big Run for reports of a dispute.
Once on scene police learned that 60 year-old Robert Huey Sr. was upset at a victim for having people helping her move from the residence.
He then reportedly left his vehicle and pushed an individual, Huey then went into the property and grabbed a .22 caliber rifle proclaiming that everyone gets out of the house.
Police then took Huey into custody where he faces multiple charges related to the incident.
He was released on a $15,000 dollar bail, awaiting a preliminary hearing.
