SUMMERVILLE – A 47-year-old Jefferson County man has been charged with assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct for allegedly hitting and injuring another man over the issue of an RV on his property.
According to State Police, James Kunselman of Summerville caused traumatic injuries to the victim’s head and face.
The victim claims he was attacked by Kunselman as he was helping his friend remove an RV from Kunselman’s property.
A preliminary hearing for Kunselman has been scheduled for December 12th.
