ELDRED TWP. – Charges of terroristic threats and harassment have been filed in Jefferson County against a 68-year-old man.
According to court documents, Ronald Smail of Corsica allegedly drove onto his neighbor’s private drive in Eldred Township, and proceeded to tell the victim that he would have him and his three sons shot. The victim reportedly ordered Smail off the property without incident .
State Police filed charges, and a preliminary hearing for Smail has been scheduled for September 25th.
