Brookville – The case of a Jefferson County man accused of inappropriately touching a young girl who was waiting for a school bus will be heard in county court.
74-year-old Dale Neill is charged with four felony counts of indecent assault and one felony count of corruption of minors.
Neill is alleged to have touched the victim inappropriately several times between September 2021 and February 2022 in Eldred Township, Jefferson County.
