BROCKWAY – A man who allegedly assaulted and threatened a woman with a knife while she was holding an 11-month-old baby is facing charges in Jefferson County.
State Police say 37-year-old Bryan Kobylanski is accused of assault, harassment, and terroristic threats.
According to court documents, an argument between Kobylanski and a Polk Township woman turned physical the night before Thanksgiving Day. Kobylanski is accused of punching the victim in the leg while she was holding the young boy, and then walking towards her and the child with a knife raised in the air.
Kobylanski served five days in the county jail before his $40,000 bail was posted.
