BROOKVILLE – Police have filed charges of terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and harassment against a 40-year-old Jefferson County man.
According to court documents, Jesse McNutt is accused of threatening a couple with an axe on Sunday evening.
Brookville Borough Police say McNutt admitted to waving the axe at the victims through his vehicle’s window. The victims claim that this week’s incident is not the first time that McNutt has harassed them.
Following his arraignment Monday, McNutt was taken to the Jefferson County Jail with his bail set at $15,000.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 3rd.
