Jefferson County judge assigned to hear refiled charges against Invictus shooter

CLEARFIELD – A Jefferson County judge has been assigned to hear the refiled charges against an off-duty police officer accused of shooting a DuBois man.

Senior District Magistrate Douglas Chambers will preside over the preliminary hearing of 28-year-old Zachery Dodson.

Multiple charges of aggravated and simple assault, terroristic threats, and recklessly endangering another person have been filed against Dodson for an incident in February when he allegedly shot a man at Invictus in DuBois.

The date for Dodson’s preliminary hearing has not yet been set.
