Jefferson County home broken into, jewelry and decor taken

McCalmont Township, PA – Someone allegedly broke into a home in Jefferson County and took jewelry, watches, lighters, kitchen décor and dishes, among other things.

State Police in Punxsutawney say it happened sometime between Jan. 1 and March 25 at a residence along Eleanora Road in McCalmont Township, in the area between Reynoldsville and Punxsutawney.

An unknown person gained access to the residence and garage.

They stole silver rings, necklaces, watches, Zippo lighters, apple-themed kitchen décor, a dish set marked with daisies, and miscellaneous clothing and shoes.
