WASHINGTON TWP. — State Police have filed burglary, criminal mischief, and theft charges against a Reynoldsville man for allegedly breaking into a private residence.
According to an investigating State Police Trooper, Andrew Kalgren’s image was captured by a hidden camera at the victim’s property. The camera was later discovered to be missing from the residence, but police matched its captured images to Kalgren, based on a prior investigation and driver’s license records.
