Jay Township, PA – A water tower in Elk County was struck by a bullet, causing the water tank to leak.
State Police in Ridgway were called out to the water tower on Gardner Hill Road in Jay Township on March 3 for an act of criminal mischief.
A bullet struck the tower and caused it to leak.
The investigation is still ongoing.
