BROOKVILLE – A Falls Creek woman who was recently sentenced for assaulting a doctor at Penn Highlands DuBois is now facing charges for allegedly kicking two corrections officers at the Jefferson County Jail.

State Police are accusing 39-year-old Teri Patterson of aggravated and simple assault. Patterson reportedly started yelling and became aggressive as a nurse was preparing to tend to an injury on her hand. As a pair of the jail’s corrections officers tried to assist, Patterson allegedly kicked both of the officers.

Following arraignment, a bail amount of $50,000 was set for Patterson, and a preliminary hearing was scheduled for this Thursday.
