JEFFERSON COUNTY – A Pittsburgh Attorney jailed during an 814 Pred Hunters operation in 2023 is suing the group and local police claiming entrapment.
According to Court Documents, 35 year-old Paul Luvara, who is currently serving a sentence in state prison after pleading guilty to corruption of minors and criminal use of a communication facility, has launched a lawsuit claiming his civil rights were violated.
He claims in addition to entrapment, that police solely used the words of the Pred Hunting group and did not launch an investigation of their own.
Luvara is ultimately looking to get all charges against him dismissed, released from prison, and compensated for damages.
