Investigation ongoing after dispute led to gunshots

Investigation continues and charges are expected to be filed following a dispute in Washington Township, Jefferson County last week in which gunshots were fired.

DuBois-based State Police say they responded to a disturbance at a home on Beechtree Road early Thursday morning.

Two men argued about a guest leaving the residence, and one of the men allegedly fired several rounds from a revolver.

No one was injured.

Drug paraphernalia was discovered in the residence during the investigation.

While no suspects have been named, the guest who fled and called police during this incident has been identified as a 33-year-old man from Leechburg.
