Indiana County, PA – Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana County are investigating a viral video that shows a 2-year-old vaping.
Police say that the people in the video have been identified and charges are pending. The video showed a toddler taking a hit from a vape pen with the help of one woman, then showed another woman laughing.
