JEFFERSON COUNTY – An inmate at the Jefferson County Jail is facing assault charges after allegedly throwing a cup of urine at another inmate.
On January 23rd State Police say that 26 year-old Brandon Pearce allegedly urinated into a cup and threw it through the cell door window, hitting another inmate.
When questioned, Pearce claimed it was water and did it because the other inmate was “a pedophile”.
He has since been charged with felony aggravated assault.
