DuBois, PA – The Treasure Lake Titans Youth Football coaches will be hosting indoor off-season football training on Monday and Wednesday evenings beginning Monday, February 22nd from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at WPAL (upstairs) 37 E. Long Avenue, DuBois.
Training sessions will be open to all kids aged 7-13 from our community.
The training sessions will focus on agility drills, basic and advanced football skills, strength and endurance training, team building, position drills, etc. with a lot of fun mixed in.
All current and prospective Titan players are highly encouraged to participate and bring some friends with you. The training program is free for players, but participation will require membership/waiver paperwork which will be available at the training sessions.
Donations to the WPAL are strictly voluntary.
