PHILIPSBURG – Authorities are investigating the death of a man at the Moshannon Valley ICE Processing Center in Philipsburg.
On Tuesday morning, the man was found unresponsive in the shower room. Authorities have now notified all proper parties including the Chinese Embassy and Homeland Security.
