Pennsylvania – What happens if you don’t like one of the gifts you got this year? You can likely return it! Here are some tips for how to do so.
First, check to see if there is a gift receipt. It will be easier to return the gift to the store if you know where it came from and when it was purchased.
Check the policies. Stores generally have a window of time (usually about 30 days to 90 days) to return something. It should be in good condition.
If you do not have a receipt, you will likely only be able to get store credit, not a cash refund.
