HOUTZDALE – A 36-year-old Clearfield County man is in jail on charges of supplying the Fentanyl which killed a Woodward Township man in July.
State Police say Shawn Soupart of Houtzdale will have a preliminary hearing on December 21st.
Soupart will face charges of drug delivery resulting in death, and involuntary manslaughter.
This is the third drug-related case pending against Soupart.
He is currently being held in the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $200,000 bail.
