UNDATED – The telephone conference between the defense for former DuBois City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio and former city employee Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer has been canceled.
According to court documents, the telephone status conference scheduled for Thursday morning was canceled by Judge Stephanie Haines.
Now, both defense teams have filed for an extension on the pretrial motions due to the volume of discovery and complex issues. No issues have been indicated by either side.
Currently the partial motions are due by April 24th 2025.
Suplizio and Shaffer are accused of allegedly stealing around $1.5 million dollars between 2008 and 2022.
