DUBOIS – Today is Halloween, with it comes a gaggle of festivities, children, and of course candy.

Beginning at 5pm the annual Sunny 106 Halloween Parade will take place on West Long Avenue, starting at Shankel’s Pharmacy ultimately ending at the Sunny106 station.

Your kids aged 12 and under as well as leashed pets are invited to join in the fun and show off your Halloween costumes.

Awards will be given out for the best costumes in three different age brackets, and one for pets.

This year’s festivities will be a little different with a drumline band performing during the parade march.

Afterwards a pre-trick-or-treat meal will be served at Rugged Cross Church for all.
