DuBois, PA – DuBois Area High School presents Guys and Dolls, a musical fable of Broadway based on a story and characters of Damon Runyon on April 1 and 2 at 7 p.m.
Although the show was supposed to take place in spring 2020, it was postponed due to COVID-19. The show has been revived, with many of the same performers who were supposed to act in 2020.
Some songs you might know from the musical include “Luck Be a Lady,” “A Bushel and a Peck,” and “Sit Down, You’re Rockin’ the Boat”.
The show follows a group of gambling gangsters making bets and accidentally falling in love, as a local salvation mission complicates things for their gambling.
