GRAMPIAN – A Grampian woman is in trouble for allegedly kicking her neighbor’s chickens.
State Police say 51-year-old Joanna Moriarity has been charged with cruelty to animals.
According to a trooper’s report, Moriarity injured the birds when she kicked them after they went onto her First Street yard on Sunday afternoon.
The chickens are owned by 31-year-old Arthur Martinez.
