Garbage bags thrown away in Clarion Goodwill dumpster

Clarion, PA – Someone threw away two bags of garbage in the Clarion Goodwill store’s dumpster, which is technically theft of services.

It happened on Feb. 22, but police are releasing the report now.

They list the cost of the services for two large garbage bags as $50.

Although it might seem like a small issue, remember that businesses pay for their garbage services and expect to be able to fill the entire dumpster with their own trash, not yours.
