Police say she’s the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week, wanted for failure to appear in court on charges of retail theft and possession of a controlled substance.Clearfield County Sheriff Michael Churner announced Clearfield County’s Fugitive of the Week for the week of February 14, 2020.The Sheriff identified the Fugitive as 25-year-old Sara Beth Summers, of 1529 Village Road Clearfield, Pennsylvania.The Lawrence Township Police Department charged Summers with possession of a controlled substance and Retail Theft. Summers failed to appear for her Preliminary Arraignment and Revocation Court related to these offenses in November 2019 and warrants were issued for her arrest.Summers is described as follows: Race: White Sex: Female Height: 5’03” Weight: 120 Lbs.
