Free Valentine’s Day Dance at DuBois WPAL for 5th-8th graders

DuBois, PA – The annual WPAL Teen Valentine’s Dance will be from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14 at Galaxy Hall above the WPAL Fitness Center!

Live DJ! This event is FREE for students in 5th through 8th grade. Complimentary pizza, pop, and water.

The Western Pennsylvania Police Athletic League is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization that offers free membership to local youth ages 8-18, free membership for law enforcement officials, active and veteran military members, fire fighters, EMS, and all other first responders.

They also offer low-cost, 24-hour access membership fees for adults.

The gym is an outlet to provide local youth a place to prevent them from using drugs or participating in illegal activity. Recently, they’ve started the After-School Fit Club for kids to enjoy a snack and a workout.

This also helps to strengthen first responder-community relationships.
