They will also provide guidance for proper child seat installation. Appointments are not required.The safety check will be offered in Jefferson County on Tuesday from 2pm to 6pm at the Punxsutawney Borough Building on East Mahoning Street in Punxsutawney; and in Elk County on Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm at the PennDOT County Office on St. Leo Avenue in Ridgway.
