DUBOIS – A Former City of DuBois Police Chief has begun a lawsuit against the municipality.
Attorneys for Former Police Chief Blaine Clark have filed a writ of summons against the City of DuBois, with the primary reasoning being employment disputes.
The defense team is claiming a breach of contract and Whistleblower concerns against the municipality.
Since February 16th, Clark has been on paid administrative leave, with the council terminating his employment at their April 8th meeting.
