JAY TWP. – State Police arrested a 54-year-old man after being dispatched for a disturbance Saturday night.
State Police in Ridgway say they were dispatched to a residence along Bennetts Valley Highway in Jay Township for a disturbance.
When police arrived, they say Michael Barnett of Force was intoxicated and ignoring the commands of officers to remain calm.
Barnett was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and Title 18 violations.
He is currently lodged in the Elk County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
