HomeCrimeFlorida man pleads guilty after threatening two Clearfield County juvenilesFlorida man pleads guilty after threatening two Clearfield County juvenilesFri, September 30, 2022 by Louise BennettSHARE NOW Clearfield – A Florida man pleaded guilty to simple assault charges for threatening two Clearfield County juvenile boys with a large knife.Lawrence Township Police say 67-year-old Dennis Stiner was originally charged with 15 different counts of various offenses, including aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and harassment.Stiner was arrested on September 6th when police found him trying to fist fight with two juvenile brothers.A video taken at the scene showed that Stiner had earlier threatened both boys with a large knife.In Clearfield County Court Tuesday, Judge Paul Cherry sentenced Stiner to 10 days to one year in jail, two years of probation, and anger management counseling.
