CLEARFIELD – A Florida man is behind bars after officers allegedly found the man drunk in the middle of a roadway.
According to Clearfield Regional Police, during a routine traffic patrol officers noticed a vehicle seemingly abandoned in the middle of Reed Street and North 3rd Street.
Officers noticed the vehicle’s driver door was open with loud music blaring.
The owner of the vehicle was allegedly jumping up and down on the front of his vehicle and made his way to the roof before noticing police.
A blood alcohol content test found that the 42 year-old was close to three times the legal limit.
He is now in the Clearfield County Jail awaiting arraignment.
