CLEARFIELD COUNTY – Five individuals are facing theft charges after allegedly stealing telephone cables over 40 times.
According to court documents, 48 year-old Robert Gavlock, 48 year-old Jason Hoover, 34 year-old Desarea James, 37 year-old Barry Martell, and 31 year-old Damion McGary, allegedly cut, damaged, and taken telephone wires in around 42 cases since late 2024 in Clearfield and Centre Counties.
Now, all five are facing multiple felony level theft charges.
