Toby Township, PA – Police are investigating after someone threw 1-inch finishing nails into a driveway in Clarion County.
The 44-year-old Rimersburg woman said it happened at the end of last month, May 31.
It happened at her home on Cherry Run Road in Toby Township, near Rimersburg.
It’s being investigated as a case of criminal mischief.
