Madison Township, PA – A fence gate in Clarion County was blown off of its hinges with explosives recently.
The owner, 50-year-old William Stoots from Hermitage, says someone trespassed on his property along Kissinger Mills Road in Madison Township around 3 a.m. Sunday morning.
He says the unknown person used tannerite to damage his fence’s gate and its hinges.
It’s unclear from the police report if they know why the person did that.
Total damage is estimated at $250.
