
Coalport, PA – One man was killed in a fatal arson in Clearfield County.
State Police in Clearfield say a home along Main Street in Coalport was set on fire around 9 p.m. Friday night.
The victim, Matthew Troxell from Patton, was found dead inside the home by fire crews.
Other victims, Lacy Wolfe and Mark Wolfe from Coalport, were not killed in the fire.
The incident was ruled as an arson.
36-year-old Jonathan Gallaher from Coalport is charged with criminal attempted homicide, arson, and other charges. Bail was denied.
The investigation is ongoing, pending autopsy results.
