CLEARFIELD COUNTY – State Police have provided more information on a deadly ATV Crash over the weekend.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, 81 year-old Father Robert Humenay, was walking around Sportsman’s Road in Winburne when struck by an ATV.
It is alleged that the side-by-side’s operator, 22 year-old Nathaniel Beers, was driving under the influence when encountering the pastor.
Beers told police that he tried to avoid Father Bob, but was unsuccessful.
He now faces several homicide charges following the accident.
