FALLS CREEK – A Falls Creek woman is behind bars after allegedly attacking a man.
According to police, on May 29th 56 year-old Amy Jo Shephard was in an argument with a man about his former neighbor, when he would answer one of her questions incorrectly she would allegedly strike him with her hand, fist, and kicks.
Police say the man then suffered a brain bleed, multiple fractures, and bruising/cuts. He was sent to Penn Highlands Brookville for medical treatment.
Now, Shephard is facing felony aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment charges. Her bail was set at $25,000 dollars.
