UNDATED – An important change to your clocks is coming this weekend.

It is Daylight Savings Time, meaning on November 3rd at 2am clocks will be set back one hour.

While this may give you an extra hour of sleep, be wary at how this may affect your daily routine.

Daylight Savings Time has been a routine occurrence since World War I in the United States, however ongoing conversations are discussing whether or not to keep the tradition. 

Don’t forget to adjust your clocks before heading to bed Saturday Night, and enjoy the extra hour.
