DUBOIS – An extension has been granted for a hearing to potentially disqualify one of former DuBois City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio’s defense attorneys.
We previously reported that prosecutors were looking to dismiss one of Suplizio’s attorneys William Shaw Jr, claiming potential conflicts of interest.
Now, the defense is looking to extend the hearing to give adequate time to investigate and prepare an appropriate response.
Judge Stephanie Haines then approved to extend the amount of time for a response until March 20th.
