BROOKVILLE – In an effort to promote electric vehicle usage, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has been creating more electric vehicle charging stations throughout the state, including one in Brookville.
The National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure program aims to give funding for states to erect charging stations to bolster electric vehicle usage.
PennDOT has announced multiple new operational facilities are now open, including one in Brookville.
PennDOT’s roadmap also shows that a location is planned to be built in Clearfield.
