RIDGWAY – An Elk County business owner is facing criminal charges for selling various products from his Jay Township store which tested positive for THC.

According to State Police, 50-year old Dimitri Fiodorov of Weedville owns the Camp Sweetleaf store. Troopers have investigated the store over the past nine months by conducting a number of controlled buys.

The details of a criminal complaint contend that Fiodorov was selling baked goods, gummies, and suspected raw marijuana at the store. Police say testing at the Erie Regional Lab has confirmed that the products contained illegal levels of Delta-9 THC.
