RIDGWAY – An Elk County man was allegedly assaulted by a Ridgway woman and man who broke into his apartment.
According to a police report, the victim was bleeding from his face after being hit with a wooden board. Both 25-year-old Sierra Kastner and 28-year-old Anthony Rossino were arrested and jailed earlier this month. They are accused of attacking the victim following a loud noise complaint. Bail for Kastner and Rossino is set at $25,000 each. They are being held in the Elk County Prison.
