ELK COUNTY – One man is going to spend up to five years in state prison after failing to complete sex offender treatments.
According to court records, 59 year-old Jeffery Cauvel was on probation after he was caught with child pornography in 2017. Now after failing to complete sex offender treatments he has been sentenced to spend the next two to five years in state prison.
