HARRISBURG — An Elk County man is among the top ten suspects considered “most wanted” by Pennsylvania State Police.
The newest ten most wanted list by the State Police includes Russell Mason. Mason is wanted in Elk County for failing to properly register as a sex offender under Megan’s Law requirements. Mason was last seen in the Wilcox area.
