ST MARYS – A St Marys man is behind bars after allegedly sexually assaulting a 14 year-old girl.
According to police, on October 21st they received reports of a missing girl. After following some leads they found her at an apartment belonging to Timothy Curci the following day.
The minor allegedly told police she went to his apartment where he gave her mariguana and had sex multiple times.
When questioned, Curci allegedly admitted to the sexual encounter. Now, after a DNA analysis allegedly confirmed the encounter, Curci was transported to the Elk County Jail. He now faces multiple felony level sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and corruption of minors charges.
