Ridgway – Widespread high-speed internet access is becoming a reality in Elk County.
More than 5,000 homes and businesses in Elk County are now equipped for high-speed fiber internet service, and 5,000 more customers in the county should have service available by spring 2023.
Kinetic by Windstream officials will join with elected officials to make an official announcement at the Kinetic Connection Center in Ridgway Thursday afternoon.
State Senator Cris Dush, State Representative Mike Armanini, and all three Elk County Commissioners are scheduled to take part in tomorrow’s presentation.
