RIDGWAY – Young people in Elk County are getting a chance to learn what it’s like to be a farmer.
Big Maple Family Farm in Ridgway is hosting another week of “Farmer for a Day” camp.
Today through Thursday, young registrants will experience hands-on learning, interaction with farm animals, lessons in decision-making, and gain an understanding of profit and loss.
